Madge Gibson
Managing Director, and Founder of The Change Initiative (TCI)
Madge Gibson conceptualised and launched TCI in 2014.
She brings significant commercial management experience, as well as over a decade working closely with local and international clients, to identify, assess and secure the best available talent.
Madge holds a BA (Hons) degree along with several business-related qualifications (Marketing, Management Development Programme, Advanced Programme for Executive Search Consulting, LinkedIn etc.).
She is a member of Career Thought Leaders, the Cape Chamber of Commerce, Unashamedly Ethical and the Institute of Directors South Africa.

Nandi Scorer
Strategist, Culture Change & Master Coach
Nandi is the founder of The Change Room and holds a Masters in Coaching Management. She is a certified Change Practitioner, accredited Mediator, certified Enneagram Practitioner, Accredited Customer Experience Master and member of the Public Speakers Association of SA.
Clinton Gahwiler
Psychologist
Clinton holds BA (Hons) and Masters in Psychology. He is the Head of Psychology at The Sports Science Institute of South Africa, providing corporate performance training (for attaining optimal functioning in business and life), as well as sports performance for athletes.
Jo Thomson
Leadership Development
Jo holds a Masters of Philosophy in Management Coaching, an MBA specializing in Motivation and Culture from Henley Business School, a Bachelor of Social Sciences specializing in HR, amongst several other qualifications. He is also a guest lecturer at GIBS and University of Stellenbosch.
Dr. Mark Orpen-Lyall
Resilience Specialist, Leadership Development & HR Consulting
Mark holds a Doctorate in Industrial Psychology, specializing in Resilience, and a Masters in Organisational Psychology. Before he opened his own practice, he was the Head of Organisational Development at Allan Gray.
Selina Newman
Coaching & People Development
Selina is an ICF accredited coach and director of Selina Newman (Pty) Ltd, a practice designed to empower clients to successfully manage transitions and change. She specializes in transitioning women from technical specialist roles to mid-level leadership positions, as well as helping overwhelmed mid-career professionals manage and navigate challenging work environments. Selina holds a B.Com (Hons) in Industrial & Organisational Psychology and is an Agile Project Management practitioner.
