The CHANGE Initiative (TCI) emanated from the Executive Search industry.

After multiple years spent working closely with HR Directors and CEO’s, to identify and secure the best talent for their companies – we know what they look for in candidates, and how the recruitment process can help or hinder selection.

We also know what works against candidates, and where candidates trip themselves up.

Even the most qualified or experienced people have fallen foul of the recruitment process. It’s simply a case of ‘You don’t know, what you don’t know’.

And it is because of this that The CHANGE Initiative was formed, to provide expert insights into how to navigate the process and understand why employers choose one candidate over another.
